Exterior wash, interior clean or both, on your drive. We bring the kit.

Same-day bookings add £10 when booked before noon. On 24, 25, 26 and 31 December, 1 January and UK bank holidays, a 50% peak surcharge applies to the service price.

Questions

How much does regular home help cost?

Weekly plans are £22 an hour, fortnightly £23 and monthly £24. Visits are 2, 3 or 4 hours, so a fortnightly 3-hour visit is £69. A single visit is £25 an hour.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. To move or skip a single visit, message us on WhatsApp.

What if I need to cancel a booking?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your booking (48 hours for pet sitting, overnight stays and Man & Van). Later cancellations are charged 50%.

Who will come to my home?

A vetted assistant from our local team. We match you with someone based near you.

Do you look after pets at your place?

No. All pet care happens in your own home: walks, drop-ins, sitting and overnight stays. We do not offer boarding or pet transport.

How does Man & Van pricing work?

One man is £50 an hour and two men £75, with a 2-hour minimum. Travel is free up to 5 miles from Kingston, then £15, £25 or £40 up to 20 miles.

Can I book for today?

Yes, if you book before 12 noon. Same-day bookings add £10.

Do prices change on holidays?

On 24, 25, 26 and 31 December, 1 January and UK bank holidays, a 50% surcharge applies to the service price. It shows as its own line before you pay.
